Our Story

Ian and Elizabeth first met in college at JPCatholic in 2021. Their first encounter started with Ian trying to avoid her, but she spotted him and called out, “Ian Krog!”, needing directions to someone’s house.

Fast forward a few months and Ian asked her out. A few months passed with a lot of ups and downs, but with the grace of God, they finally figured it out (to the relief of their friends and family).

A year and a half later, Ian proposed on Catalina Island. Elizabeth thought she was checking off a bucket list item with her friend Grace, but little did she know, it was all a part of the plan. Despite some close calls, a few wrong turns, and a lot of tears, she said yes, and the rest is history.

We can't wait to celebrate with you at our wedding ceremony and reception in March!
